Here at the Daisy Cafe we offer great food along with a relaxed authentic dining experience. Our charming Family Owned restaurant serves up the best breakfast and lunch daily in beautiful Downtown Bellingham. Our delicious choices range from the creative to the basic: from Omelets, Scrambles and French Toast, to Frittatas, Benedicts and the soon-to-be famous Hoppel Poppel. We achieve this goal by making everything from scratch and in house (at least wherever possible), and by using as much locally grown and sustainable product as possible. Our goal at the Daisy is to offer you a real cafe experience, with real employees working hard and in unison to make your visit special.
And for those of you with special dietary restrictions, we are here to accommodate. Even though we don’t have a special section dedicated to gluten-free or vegetarian items, we are happy to let you create and re-create whatever you see on the menu into your own special meal. Choose from our gluten-free baked goods, to Field Roasts Vegan Sausages or substitute a plate of Fresh Fruit for your toast or potatoes.
